Choreo Cardio + Tone

A high-energy, dance-driven workout designed to challenge your stamina and unleash your performance side.

This 55-minute class blends choreography, cardio endurance, and full-body strength work into one seamless experience. You’ll start with a dynamic warm-up that primes your muscles and gets your mind in the groove. From there, you’ll learn a fun sequence—12 eight-counts—that builds gradually and feels more natural with every round.

Once the combo clicks, we level things up: you’ll dance through nine back-to-back tracks with rising BPMs, pushing your heart rate and turning the room into pure electric energy. Class ends with intentional toning work and a grounding cooldown, leaving you sweaty, empowered, and fully in your body.

Genre Classes

Each 60-minute session focuses on foundational movement, style-specific conditioning, and choreography that blends athleticism with artistry. Whether you’re returning after years away or stepping into something totally new, these classes offer a space to reconnect with dance in a way that feels supportive, challenging, and creatively fulfilling.

We offer rotating styles including contemporary, hip hop, heels, jazz, and more—each taught by instructors who bring their own unique flair and professional experience. Expect to sweat, explore, refine, and have a genuinely fun time in the process.

  • Yes! Our parking lot is located directly across the street from our Dance Forever studio entrance on N. Cleveland Ave.

  • We recommend wearing clothes that make you feel confident and comfortable. Please bring the appropriate shoes for your class style — you’ll need sneakers for Choreo Cardio and Tone.

  • Nope! At Dance Forever we like to keep things free and flowing! While we don’t have assigned spots, we do ask that everyone stays spatially aware and respectful of their dance neighbors. There’s plenty of room for everyone to shine without stealing anyone else’s spotlight!
