  • Dance Forever is located at 1550 N. Cleveland Ave. Chicago, IL 60610. When you arrive, use the door code provided at registration to enter the building. Head up the stairs and a member of our team will be there to greet you under the disco balls.

  • Bookings made through our website:
    Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled class to avoid penalties.

    • If you fail to cancel within the 4-hour window:
      • All-Access Members will be charged for the class.
      • If you used a class package or subscription, the class credit will be forfeited and not refunded.

    Bookings made through ClassPass:
    ClassPass requires a 12-hour cancellation window. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, a late-cancel charge will be applied by ClassPass.

  • Yes! Our parking lot is located directly across the street from our Dance Forever studio entrance on N. Cleveland Ave.

  • Our Signature Choreo Cardio + Tone classes are open to all levels — no dance background required. These classes are designed to help you build stamina, improve coordination, and get more comfortable picking up choreography with each session.

    For our genre-based classes ( heels, hip hop, contemporary etc.), previous dance experience is recommended. While not required, having some dance background helps ensure your safety and allows you to get the most out of the class.

    No matter where you’re starting from, our team is here to support your growth and make sure you feel empowered every step (and step-touch) of the way!

  • At Dance Forever, we have a spacious powder room with products for you to freshen up after class. Please note that we do not have showers. 

    We have designated areas for you to store your belongings during class and we encourage you to bring your personal items with you into the studio.

    *Dance Forever is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • We recommend wearing clothes that make you feel confident and comfortable. Please bring the appropriate shoes for your class style — you’ll need sneakers for Choreo Cardio and Tone.

  • At Dance Forever, we want everyone to stay present, safe, and fully immersed in the experience! We kindly ask that phones be kept on silent and put away during class to minimize distractions and respect the flow of the session.

    Photos and videos are welcome before or after class and during designated recording moments announced by your instructor.

  • Nope! At Dance Forever we like to keep things free and flowing! While we don’t have assigned spots, we do ask that everyone stays spatially aware and respectful of their dance neighbors. There’s plenty of room for everyone to shine without stealing anyone else’s spotlight!
